How to Return
For peace of mind, we offer a full refund within 30 days. Below conditions apply.
Before sending, you must contact us either by phone or email email@example.com to receive a return authorization.
Items must be packed and returned in the original packaging and condition (ie not worn), and sent in a way so they do not become damaged. Refunds are not issued for abuse, alterations or using the product for other than it's intended purpose.
If your original order was "shipped free", we reserve the right to refund minus the postage cost ($10).
Return postage & insurance is incurred by the purchaser.
Any refunds will be made to the same account used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For products that may have a defect, please contact us
before sending your purchase for a return code.
We reserve the right to inspect the item and either repair
at our cost, replace or refund the item.
Your purchase has a warranty for 12 months against all manufacturing faults.
If you wish to exchange your item please contact us.
Return postage and insurance is incurred by the purchaser.
For purchases over $150, free delivery is available via Australia Post. All orders below this are charged $10.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible, normally within 2 business days. When it is ready, you will receive an email with your purchase details as well as tracking advice.
Please ensure your correct address has been nominated and someone will be home to collect it as signature is required for delivery.
If a delivery has been attempted with no success, a collection card will be left with pickup details.
